Empowering you to navigate life's challenges with confidence, fostering resilience and well-being.

Hello and Welcome!

My practice began with a passion for a person-centered approach, bringing evidence-based methods to you in a way that best suits your needs. I recognize the importance of collaboration and of developing a personalized approach to mental health and wellness. I use EMDR, IFS, ACT, CBT and other approaches based on the best fit for you.

Your well-being is my priority. I believe in creating a supportive and understanding environment, where your journey of growth is valued and nurtured every step of the way.

I have a particular passion for working with women experiencing the transitional phases of perimenopause and menopause, offering support for the unique mental health challenges that can arise during this time.

About Me

As a counselling professional and also in my personal life, I have been described as a fun, energetic, and compassionate person. I am a mom, partner of a military veteran, an animal lover, and a bookworm. I like to stay active, and nothing fills my cup more than going on adventures!

My professional journey began in 2002 with a Social Work Degree from the University of Manitoba. I furthered my learning by completing a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, graduating with honours in 2025. I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities in my work and a flexible approach to find the best fit for you.

Currently, my favourite quote is "The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." - Nelson Mandela
